Can I have a television at the same outlet the modem is placed?
Unless the cable going to the outlet is substandard, we can usually install a calibrated splitter that sends enough signal to operate both units.

Can I have an outlet installed at a more desirable location than where my existing outlets are?
Yes. Modems operate best on their own purpose placed outlet. Coordinate the installation of the outlet with your local cable company, or email Surfmasters at support@surfmastersonline.com with your request, a price quote will follow.

Can I have the service disconnected in the winter?
No. The discounted rates we offer are based on yearly rates.

Can I get a discounted winter rate?
The rates are already discounted from the normal monthly rate. Rather than charge more in the summer and less in the winter, we spread the amount out evenly over the entire year.
